Santa's 2020 TREE FARM experience Nov. 15

Bring the family* to Santa's Experience AT THE FARM! Simply K Photography will capture the magic as it unfolds.  Santa's at The TREE Farm experience includes...

-15 minute exclusive Socially Distanced Session with Santa 

-Session includes a Socially distanced interactive game of hide and seek

-5 lightly edited digital images (chosen by Photographer and emailed to you 3-6 weeks after session)

- Also receive a take home gift 

Legalities:

*Please note that this session is for immediate Families ONLY!  If you have multiple families you wish to get a picture together with, we ask you to book two seperate back to back sessions in order to accommodate.  Ex:  Cousins want pictures together (2 separate families with 4 or more children) Must book separately.

*Also note even this is a NO PETS allowed session!  Please contact Simply K Photography LLC for additional pet options.

*Please note that we are unable to accommodate for any seasonal or food allergies. Simply K Photography LLC and Key Entertainment LLC is not liable for any exposure to allergens you or your child may have. By booking you agree to these terms.

All session costs are non-refundable even in the case of not being able to reschedule. There are no refunds given for children who cry during The Santa Toy Shop Experience.  With tear free as a goal sometimes even the magic of Santa can't win over the little ones smile. Santa Ago and Simply K Photography will work with your little one as much as possible to get the best picture possible within the session time allowed.

Covid Precautions\Disclaimers

As scary as the world seems at the moment, Simply K is making extra strides in protecting your family and ours.  With safety in mind in addition to rigourous cleaning proceedures (of any set pieces), health statements and checks, In the Studio we will also require masks to be worn up until Meet and Greet with Santa.  Once with Santa you can choose for your family, and state your families preferrence whether Santa and Photographer have a mask on.  Everyone's personal preference will be accomodated.

By booking your session you are stating that all family members and members in your household are fever and symptom free, have not traveled internationally 2 weeks prior to session.  You also understand that if you develop symptoms prior to your session you have the responsibilty to contact Simply K Photography llc as soon as possible.  Simply K Photography llc and Key Entertainment llc can not be held liable for any potential exposure.

Simply K Photography LLC, Keisha Knutson and Key Entertainment LLC, Santa Ago cannot be held responsible for any covid exposures, injuries or damages to any person attending Santa's Toy Shop Experience, on Studio K Photography LLC property or on an offsite location.  When booking you agree to these terms and conditions under legalities.
