Santa 2022 Outdoor Experience Nov. 12

Bring the family* to Santa's 2022 OUTDOOR experience (NOT at the Tree lot this year but by a pond) and Simply K Photography will capture the magic as it unfolds.  Santa 2022 experience includes...

-15 minute one on one session with Santa at location 

-5 lightly edited digital images (chosen by Photographer and emailed to you 3-6 weeks after session)

-Interactive time with Santa

-Address and parking diagrams\explanations will be emailed a week prior to your Santa Experience session.

Legalities:

*Please note that this session is for immediate Families ONLY!  If you have multiple families you wish to get a picture together with, we ask you to book two seperate back to back sessions in order to accommodate.  Ex:  Cousins want pictures together, Thats great! Please book separately.

*Also note NO PETS allowed during this session!  Please contact Simply K Photography LLC for pet photography options.

*Please note that we are unable to accommodate for any food allergies. If you or your child has food allergies you must inform us upon booking. Simply K Photography LLC and Key Entertainment LLC is not liable for any exposure to allergens you or your child may have. By booking you agree to these terms.

All paid sessions are non-refundable, even in the case of not being able to reschedule. With smiles and authentic emotions are the goal, there are no refunds given for children who cry during The Santa Toy Shop Experience.  With tear free as a goal sometimes even the magic of Santa can't win over the little ones smile. Santa Ago and Simply K Photography will work with your little one as much as possible to get the best picture possible within the session time allowed.

*Also note session is not confirmed until contract and questionnaire is filled out and received.

Covid Precautions\Disclaimers

Simply K Photography mask policy is optional.  Once inside the Studio\ farm with Santa you can choose for your family.  On the day of your session please state your families preferrence whether Santa have a mask on or not.  Everyone's personal preference will be accomodated.

By booking your session you are stating that all family members and members in your household are fever and symptom free.  You also understand that if you develop symptoms prior to your session you have the responsibilty to contact Simply K Photography llc as soon as possible.  Simply K Photography llc and Key Entertainment llc can not be held liable for any potential exposure.  Sessions are non refundable even if there is no option to reschedule due to sickness or any reason. 

Simply K Photography LLC, Keisha Knutson and Key Entertainment LLC, Santa Ago cannot be held responsible for any covid exposures, injuries or damages to any person attending Santa's Toy Shop Experience.  When booking you agree to these terms and conditions under legalities.
